Match Lowest
What it does
Match Lowest sets your price equal to the cheapest competitor — no undercutting. If the lowest price is $25.00, your price becomes $25.00.
When to use it
- You want to stay competitive without starting price wars
- The listing has aggressive sellers and you don't want to race to the bottom
- You want a simple, low-risk strategy
When NOT to use it
- You need to be THE cheapest (use Beat Lowest)
- You want to target the Buy Box specifically (use Beat Buy Box)
How it works
Same as Beat Lowest, but instead of subtracting an undercut, it matches exactly.
- Finds the lowest competitor price
- Sets your price to that exact amount
- Checks floor and ceiling bounds
- Applies safety checks
- Sends to Amazon
Example
- Lowest competitor: $32.00
- Your undercut: N/A (you match, not beat)
Result: Price updated to $32.00
What happens when there are no competitors?
Same as Beat Lowest: your price goes to your ceiling (maximum price).
Settings
Same as Beat Lowest, except there's no undercut amount — you always match exactly.
