How does Repricefy monitor supplier prices?
Repricefy checks supplier prices and stock levels on a schedule based on your plan — every 6 hours on Free, down to every 2 hours on Scale. When a price changes or a product goes out of stock, we update your dashboard and can automatically adjust your Amazon pricing and quantity.
Don't see your supplier? Can you add new retailers?
Yes! We add new retailers regularly based on user requests. Contact us at support@repricefy.com with the retailer name, URL, and a sample product page. Most new scrapers ship within 1-2 weeks.
What happens when a supplier goes out of stock?
When we detect a supplier product is out of stock, Repricefy creates an OOS alert, notifies you via email and dashboard, and can automatically set your Amazon listing quantity to zero (if enabled). When the supplier restocks, we detect that too and can restore your listing.
Does supplier monitoring cost extra?
No. Supplier monitoring is included on every Repricefy plan, including the free tier. The only difference between plans is check frequency and number of products.
